Moistening Stale Bread or Rolls

Home > Fun Main Dishes > Moistening Stale Bread or Rolls

This is a trick that works wonderfully for moistening stale bread and rolls of any kind. Using warm water, moisten enough paper towels to cover your bread. Cover the bottom of a microwave safe plate with the paper towels. Place your bread on the plate. Now use the rest of the towels to cover the bread, I like to cover it tightly. Microwave for 15 seconds - check the bread. Keep microwaving in 15 second intervals until the bread is as moist as you want it.
