Gummy Worm Dessert

My kids love to make this gummy worm dessert! They have a blast - although they always want to eat the "worms" before we put them in the "mud". This is such a fun and tasty kids recipe.

Ingredients:

chocolate frosting

chocolate cake

1 package oreos

2 packages gummi worms

Make a chocolate cake according to the package or recipe
instructions.
You may use purchased chocolate frosting or make your own. Spread it on the cake as thickly as possible.
Crush 1/2 package of Oreo cookies with a fork or rolling pin. Crush the Oreos until it looks like soil.
Sprinkle on frosted cake and garnish with the gummi worms. Make some of the worms look like they are crawling out of the cake.
Sprinkle the top again with the crushed Oreo cookies. It looks gross but kids dig it and it tastes great!
