KBlues Clues Banana Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup sour cream (*Thanks to Becky M for the correction!)
- 3 large bananas
1. Cream together butter and sugar.
2. When creamy, add the eggs, sour cream, mashed bananas, and vanilla.
3. Mix all dry ingredients and add to mixture.
3. Bake at 350 degrees in cup-cake pans for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly golden.

'We have the same book, and I was absolutely shocked that the recipe was so fabulous!! I don't even *like* banana muffins (made them for my kids' sake), and I think they're some of the best muffins I've ever tasted. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but isn't there 1/4 c. of sour cream in it, too? Either way, delicious and moist!'

'I have made these many times, and I lost the blues clues book of my daughters. I have been looking for this for about a year. Today I decided to look it up on the internet and I found your recipe. 'Additionally, how long does it say to cook them as I did not see this in your post. I was guessing approx 15 min? I had to make these for my daughters party the other day and I could not find the blues clues recipe so made a different one, that even had the sour cream in them, but they did not taste the same.
